Whenever you feel the need to distract yourself from what you're doing you take away from the body slipping into the purposeful action – which dark forces are trying to make you avoid doing – that part of you distracting your living your purpose so that it can go on doing what it is doing – because if nothing changes, then it can continue the habitual trying to do something, then breaking for a water, a coffee, a candy, a cigarette, or a drink. Then you get back to settling in. Catch yourself in that moment and start creating. This is my own cross and awareness that comes into play. Realizations are novel and soon loses its luster in the midst of other realizations – this is the nature of the evolving body extended by our ability to learn new perspectives on people, places, objects and things. If you have realizations you might come to document them after you've lost count – it is the nature of the digital medium that the mind is connected neurologically and environmentally to the technology and that it's primary value is the ability to document and view the experiences in life that gives humanity a wholistic view of current reality – even though currently it is being used as the biggest distraction and attention hijacker for the benefit of entertainment and advertising. As the electronic manuscript documenting human life we will come into our own as soon as the novelty of entertainment spectacle wears off. And it will.
